I would suggest using the Toy Plastic Material under 'Standard Materials' for your eyes. It's the closest type of reflective material to get the look of an eye I feel. It gives you a nice highlight in the eyes When I try to render transparent materials in zbrush I can not get a result like you accomplished in shaders eyes.
